Project: Suncorp website migration to AEM

User problem: Research found that users had a poor experience on the website, which was unresponsive on mobile and visually not aligned with the brand styleguide.

My role:
Responsible for the leading the visual design for the Suncorp Insurance website,
- Co-design styleguide UI kit,
- Manage visual assets,
- Create visual design guidelines,
- Collaborate with content editors to set page patterns and reusable components,

Result:
6.6% increase to "Quote starts" from the homepage
14.6% increase to customer's self service portal
12.6% increase to "Quote startes" from a category page (Home Insurance).

Set foundations to allow future visual design updates, as per brand needs.

Enable future website optimisation, to continuously iterate and improve.
