Project: Home & Contents Insurance Product Page Optimisation
User problem: initial user feedback shows that users were not getting sufficient information from the page, and had difficulty understanding the complexity of the product levels.
Opportunity: Improving the page from the user perspective would help the users gain better confidence in purchasing the product and hence improve traffic and sales results.
What I did: I initiated this project and being involved from end-to-end, I collaborated closely with the Product Owners, Analytics team, Content Writers, SEO, Content Production, and external UX researchers to redesign this product page.
Result: Optimised design and content for users and SEO, and a trended uplift of “Buy Complete” numbers
